Three Course: One Salad/One Entrée/One Dessert
Selections include Fresh Rolls, Whipped Butter, Coffee, Lyzette’s Signature Berry Tea

Traditional Garden Greens Salad
Topped with Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, Red Onions, Croutons, your choice of Ranch or Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette                            
Spinach Salad
Presented with Red Onions, Feta Cheese, Sun Dried Cranberries, Toasted Almonds, and Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
Caesar Salad
Consist of Hearts of Romaine, Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, Garlic croutons, and Homemade Caesar Dressing
Tropical Island Salad
Fresh Mixture of Leaf Lettuce topped with Baby Shrimp and pineapple, we recommend the Homemade Thousand Island Dressing

Smoked Sonoma Chicken

Enhanced with a light savory BBQ sauce accompanied with a Grilled Vegetable Medley
